Tools for Private Investigators

Greeting everyone.

With the weekend here, I’m sure everyone is pretty happy. Now I will make you even happier. In this post I am going to be sharing with you some of the websites I use to do my profession. This is not an all inclusive list, and nobody has paid me for this. It’s just some things I find useful.

1. Ever wonder what a website looked like a few years ago? Did something get deleted that you want to see? I give you the Wayback Machine. This doesn’t have all the websites on the internet, and it doesn’t have every single year. It does have a lot. Give it a try!

2. This other website is a universal add hunter. It includes websites such as Craigslist, Backpage, gumtree, etc. Useful for saving time instead of searching every individual classified website. The site is Adhuntr

3. Have unclaimed property in Wisconsin? Go to the Office of the State Treasurer I don’t use this often but who knows what is out there.

4. Wonder where an image is located on the web? Try a reverse image lookup at TinEye

5. Last but not least, Spydialer. This website has the ability to pull a voice mail or name of the owner of a particular cell phone. It sometimes does leave a trace, and if they call the number back it will say you have been spy dialed. I’m not sure the percentage. I dialed my phone twice, and it left a number once. Try it on yourself to see. Happy spy dialing.

That should keep you going for awhile. If you have any questions feel free comment below or contact me.

As always, if you have a need for a private investigator in Waukesha, Milwaukee or anywhere in the state give Ryan Adam Investigations a call.

Have a good weekend everyone.
