Greetings all!

It’s been a couple months since my last blog and I’m definitely overdo. Throughout the winter months I plan to be doing 2 or 3 blogs a month if time is generous to me. Without further delay, I want to make one of the best blog posts I have done, and hopefully shine some light on a subject that I get questions about very often.

It’s always an interesting situation when someone asks what I do for a living. Some other investigators may say “I’m in the security business.” or “I serve papers” or some other half truth. I won’t lie, I have used this a few times depending on the situation. However when being genuine and admitting my true profession I get one of two reactions:

“WOW!!! that’s so cool! so you follow cheating husbands / wives around all day?
Or.. no reaction at all.

#2 doesn’t really surprise me, since I don’t want or expect a reaction out of my profession that’s ideal. However, the assumption I follow around cheating spouses all the time isn’t very accurate.

So why should you hire a private investigator?
Hiring a private investigator

1) Are you an attorney? It almost doesn’t matter which way you go. Family law, disputes, criminal defense or any other number of practice areas. I said this when I wrote my website and I’ll say it again. Not every case can use or benefit from using a private investigator, but the ones that can benefit.. greatly do so. Let professionals gather evidence, find and question witnesses, and connect the dots. Sometimes evidence can be overlooked due to case load. At the end of the day we can save attorneys time and shift their focus to helping out the clients in other ways, thus creating the best possible outcome.

2) Do you need photos or video taken discreetly? AKA Surveillance – Yes, we do follow cheating husbands and wives around. We also conduct surveillance on possible workers compensation fraud claimants, child custody cases, asset searches, and a plethora of other reasons. Lots of times people conduct us to get photographic evidence which has the potential to change their life. This sometimes means that it can be a once in a lifetime scenario or event. Don’t do this yourself. Not only is it a conflict of interest and has possible legal ramifications but it’s best left in the hands of a capable private investigator.

3) Do you need somebody located? Aka Skip Tracing
– Can be the easiest search taking 30 minutes or a complex search that will take days, weeks, months, or even years. We get requests for people owing money, lost friends and relatives, missing or endangered children, former classmates, etc. There is a time in everyone’s life when they want to locate someone they can’t find or has changed addresses or phone numbers. We have the tools and experience to find anyone nationwide and have done so on many different occasions.

Last but not least and definitely a service which almost anyone should think about using:

4) Background Checks
– It’s a strong misconception that you can use a public database company that charges you a flat rate of 30 dollars or some other similar rate and they promise the world. The data most likely out of date or inaccurate and leaves you back at square one. Don’t make that mistake. Call somebody who has the potential to dig up someones past – whether it’s civil or criminal activity, vehicles, assets, employment – private investigators do it all. Ever had a boyfriend or girlfriend where things didn’t add up? About to meet somebody online? Almost anyone has been in this situation before. For a modest price you can have the peace of mind that he or she is telling the truth or deceiving you. From pre employment, during employment, before a business venture, before hiring a nanny, people request background checks for hundreds of reasons.

My agency currently offers 27 individual services, and this list isn’t even complete. If you’ve ever had a burning question you can’t answer or need someone to put the last piece of the puzzle together you should look no further.

Thanks everyone and have a fantastic week. It’s best to end this with a quote from a past client:

“Make one of the best choices of your life, hire a private eye”

  1. This is so true.

I was once involved in two cases both civil. Being that I have a flair and a nose for justice, I found that in my investigation I had to look deep but information is out there. Knowing where to look and having the correct tools makes all the difference in the world. Assets were out there, but being cloaked and convoluted.

    Both cases were won.

You just have to know where to look. That’s where the PI comes in, with patience, the correct tools and focus, you reach the truth. A PI can get you the truth faster.

    Hire an investigator!!

  2. I precisely had to appreciate you again. I do not know the things I could possibly have worked on in the absence of the actual ways provided by you about such situation.
